THE BOOKING PROCESS

You can book your transfer online through our web page booking system or by telephone. Choose the suitable date, departure and arrival location, then follow the instructions. You will be offered several types of vehicles with their prices. Please note that booking online is 10% cheaper than booking on the telephone.
We offer various types of vehicles, such as: the Standard vehicle (1-4 passengers), the Lux vehicle (1-4 passengers) or the Minibus (4-8 passengers). The Standard vehicle is any vehicle which meets the legal requirements for passenger transportation in Austria. The Lux vehicle is the upper class of the newer generations of vehicles, such as: Merzedes starting with E class, BMW starting with model 5, VW Phaeton, Audi starting with A6, etc. TheMinibusis a vehicle by any carmaker with the necessary number of seats.
The driver will pick you up at the arranged location. If the transfer is to start from an airport, the driver will wait for you at the exit terminal holding a board with your name on it.
The indicatedduration is the standard duration of travel under normal circumstances. The travel duration may vary depending on the time of year with more traffic congestions or due to road works which directlyaffect your transfer. In case a delay is possible, we will inform you and find the best solution in agreement with you.
Our company offers transport at fixed and predetermined prices which are much lower than taxi rates in any Austrian city. Our driverswill be at the airport for your personal pick-up to take you to the address of your choosing.
Our driver will be informed about your flight details in advance. It is therefore very important that you enter your flight number when booking your transfer.
There is no additional charge if the driver has to wait for you for justified reasons such as the above.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

After you submit your transfer booking, you will receive a message that your booking has been accepted, and after it has been processed you will get a booking confirmation. The process can last several hours at the most.The booking has been confirmed only once you have received a booking confirmation sent to your e-mail.
If you do not receive your booking confirmation, please check all the folders. If you fail to find it, please contact us.
If you lose your confirmation, please contact us and you will receive a new one.

ADDITIONAL REQUESTS

Our company does not make additional luggage charges, but it is important that you write down your luggage quantity so we could send you a suitable vehicle.
Children under 12 years of age may not travel without parental supervision. If you need a child seat, make sure to indicate it in the appropriate field when booking.
Our company offers transfers to any destination, but we cannot provide you with a professional tour guide.
No. According to the law, smoking is strictly forbidden in all vehicles intended for passenger transport in Austria.
It is possible to transport pets if they are appropriately placed in their travel boxes and put in the trunk of the vehicle.

TRANSFER PAYMENT

Transfer payment depends on your selection when booking. You can pay the entire amount by credit card when booking or pay the entire amount directly to the driver at the beginning of the transfer. Please note that you can only pay the driver in cash.
You can pay for the transfer without a credit card, from your bank account. In that case, we will send you an account number that you can make a payment to. If so, it is necessary to add in the ”note“ section that this is your desired payment method.
Yes! Transfer payment is conducted through Pay Pal exclusively, one of the world's safest payment methods for this type of service.
Transfer prices are always listed per vehicle, not per person.
If you are paying by credit card in advance, we will send you the receipt through e-mail. If you are paying directly to the driver, you will be given the receipt by the driver.

CHANGING OR CANCELING THE TRANSFER BOOKING

Of course you may cancel your transfer booking. In that case, the provisions of the General terms and conditions of transport shall apply. Once you send a request to change or cancel your booking, you will receive a conformation.
